I applied online and had a phone interview with the HR. 2 weeks later, I was scheduled to interview with the hiring manager. The HR people seemed very nice and professional, while I have never received any calls from the hiring manager. I thought there was a miscommunication and emailed the hiring manager again to possibly reschedule the interview, but neither the hiring manager nor the HR responded to my emails. This was by far the most unprofessional hiring/interviewing process I have ever experienced in my life.

Started with an online technical interview with engineers. Next there was an online personality assessment. The last part of the interview process was an inperson presentation and interview. Ten minute presentation on myself followed by twenty minutes of questions.

Phone interview supposed to be 15 min, recruiter was 15 min late then barely discussed role at all. No follow up email or any further communication, felt i had no chance from about 1 min after the call.

Asked me if I knew SolidWorks and that was about it, everything else was corporate shpeel about the company and wanted to get off the phone asap.

At first there was exam round after that 2nd round is technical round 3rd round is hr round mostly they asked questions based on linux,operating Systems only i am rejected for hr round
