I applied in October. I got an email asking to schedule an interview with the recruiter. The first interview was over the phone with the recruiter and only 15 minutes. Then, she moved me on to a second interview with Gallup Organization to assess my behavior. Then my recruiter called me and offered me two positions to interview for. She set up an interview with the team. I was suppose to be interviewed by 4 different people, 30 minutes each, but 2 of the interviewers didn't show up. Then my recruiter sent me an email about the team's positive feedback and told me that I'd hear from her in the next week about the final decision and the hiring process. I emailed her the following week when I didn't get an answer. She didn't answer. I emailed her the next week, and she finally told me the team decided to move on with another candidate who was pursuing her masters. Since all the other positions were taken, I couldn't interview for another. I got this final decision in February. I would suggest either applying early in September or not at all because the positions become limited and the process is too long to be left hanging without another position. I was told to apply again next year.
