Entretien
Basically walked in and took a skills test similar to the SATs with math and verbal sections. After they grade your test and those who pass stay in the room to fill out forms such as the W2's, etc. Next they gave give you a quick tour of the factory and they tell you when you start.

Entretien
First they would want to make sure about your fit in the needed job responsibilities. They would want to know about how you handle certain situations and /or issues at work. Also, they are very clear that you must be at all times be pro active and showed strong attention to details and effective team player.
