Very lengthy process with personality assessment. Had multiple interviews over the course of weeks. Started process in September and wasnt offered the job until end of December. Worth the wait

I had only one interview with HR. In the interview, they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work at this company, and why I left my previous jobs.Also they said that candidates who passed this interview would have three more interviews.

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
