Keep in mind that this has little bearing on your overall happiness at your specific location. Stryker is very decentralized which is good but also means that "corporate culture" can vary greatly.

Internal Interview, treats like you are an external candidate. Way too many interviews for a highly qualified individual. Selection process was bias and did not make sense. Pay is low too.
Talk about experience in the OR and what confidence I had with troubleshooting and customer service. Leading a team and organization was discussed in great lengths. Dealing with overtime was a big topic as well.

How do you manage time if you are juggling a lot on your plate and are asked to do more?
It has several steps first call with recruiter, then an excel and English test, after that another interview about behavior and situations, then interview with hiring manager after that Gallup interview and then 2 final interviews one with managers and then with HR manager. I like the experience for sure Stryker make sure to have the best people
