You are required to take a Gallup test, which is essentially a personality test that tests specifically for quality-orientation, self-esteem/pride/confidence, innovation, and motivation. If you do not have all these traits at some level, you will not be hired regardless of how amazing your skill set is. If you are a mentally disabled person with a severe issue with low self-esteem, good luck because this test is discriminatory against you.

I had the same experience as someone else - being rejected for something that was clear in my resume (I had the experience, but what I had wasn't good enough for them). Where I had the biggest issue was with a nasty hiring manager. He couldn't seem to understand that I got laid off in 2009 (like tons of other Americans). After asking one question, I asked him to clarify as it didn't make sense and he snapped at me.
They are really lacking in the candidate experience department. Recruiters were rude, the hiring manager was incredibly rude....
With that being said, I did meet some wonderful people who work there. The Gallup interview was just a lot of behavioral questions and I got results within 24 hours. I was then asked to go to onsite which is when I had the encounter with the awful hiring manager.
Best of luck to those going on interviews!
