The level of the assessment is quite high and the communication is mostly on time/as promised. The process can be very long, from the moment I applied to the moment they communicated the final decision to me, it took full 3 months.
The hiring process consisted of following steps:
1. HR interview (30-45 minutes)
2. Personal interview with the manager and a colleague, on-site (60 minutes)
3. Gallup interview, online (30-60 minutes)
4. Case study (5 days in advance you get the tasks; the interview was online and took 60 minutes)
I was happy with the timely communication and the preparation on their side, you can see they put a lot of effort into hiring the best candidate. In the end it was 2 of us and they decided for the other person; the reason they gave was that the other person was a better fit for the role. The decision was the only part I was unhappy with and it left me disappointed of course, but I am not giving up and will definitely try to apply again at Stryker.
