You will be put through several interviews, including a lengthy personality test. Everyone here seems very arrogant and makes you feel as if you are lucky they are even taking the time to speak with you. On top of that you will be asked to interview at very specific times with not much flexibility.
I went through several rounds, burned up several hours of my PTO with my current company just to take these interviews and was ghosted after 4 rounds.
I understand that I wasn't the right fit, but I spent hours prepping, taking the time to have these interviews, and they couldn't at the very least follow up with a rejection email. That in itself is a red flag for a company.

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.

Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
