J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sun Life
Entretien
I was shortlisted for zoom interview.
The interview started right on time. I was interviewed on various aspects starting from Agile Methodologies to a bit of sdlc processes. The interviewer was more interested in real time situations rather than straight hit from question bank.

Entretien
Pretty much a straight forward process and only 2 stages of interview. The questions are mainly from process standpoint and probably some technical questions too, nothing too crazy to be honest.

Applied online, an interview was scheduled with an HR rep. On the day of the interview....the HR rep showed up late to the call, then proceeded to spend 10 minutes talking about her personal life.....and then tells me that there is a hard stop as she has another interview. The whole experience felt rushed. A follow-up was sent out a few days later....I got a response that I would hear something by Friday (I emailed on a Wed). I never did hear back from the HR rep....but did receive the boilerplate rejection email 12 days later. Not a very professional experience to say the least. If you make a commitment....you do it...or you reach out to reset expectations. Sadly this is not the first time that SunLife has acted unprofessional when I've interviewed there. Rest assured - I won't apply in the future.

Question 1
Just the usual stuff....talk about your experience kind of thing. Nothing difficult at all....you need to keep it simple as the HR rep doesn't actually know anything technical or specific about the role.
