Waited for 10 minutes after greeted by friendly concierge. Rcd was unable to interview so initial interview was held by the executive director who allowed me to discuss past experiences and relevant skills. I was given a very low hourly rate then any job I had been offered in the past and was asked to consider. I was contacted by the RCD who negotiated a better rate and met with her in person for clinical interview (she was able to more clearly identify strengths and weaknesses) who was very friendly. There was a pleasant non formal feel to the process but respected as I didn't feel nervous.
