The interview is just a simple process they just conducted 2 rounds 1.GD from that most of them get short listed they just check our communication skills &confident then after there was a Telephonic interview which was little difficult people who see English films without sub can easily crack this round that's it.They will see Fluency, Accent,Flow of Grammar,Overall the interview questions will be some basic questions .After clearing that after 20 min they announced the results Luckily i got selected.

Applied online. First a telephonic interview was taken and then the second round was a face to face interview at the office. Interview was taken by one of the managers. General questions about previous job, behavioural questions, and basic technical questions about computers.

the interview process is too lengthy and I have got selected after giving 3 times.one of the time they rejected me to attend the interview because of wearing jeans.there is aptitude test, language and typing skills is also main part for the selection.
