I had a total of two phone interviews. The first one was with their recruiter and the second was with two coding managers. I had to reschedule the first interview because the recruiter did not call me at the appointed time. So the following week I had the interview and it went really well. She then set up the second interview and that took place three days later. The second interview went well with the 2 coding managers, they were very informative in the details of the work required and company vs other companies. Later that afternoon the recruiter called and offered me a job. The next week I received the offer letter and returned it. I did not hear from them again for about two to two and a half weeks and that made me nervous. I didn't realize it at the time but the company has a severe lack of communication issue. I started working for them and by my sixth month I had seen four different managers.
