First they will conduct written test which we have to write about essay.They will check our grammer and thought process. I went to uber process and they told to write about ''your birthday celebrations''. I was rejected in dat test only.I didn't know about further rounds.

They asked about essay is diff between urban areas and rural areas.which one is better according to you and what is the advantages ,disadvantages and differences?
It was good. The questions were mostly ai not a in person interview. I cracked it simply and it was pretty good experience for me as it was my first job interview

It is very easy first round is self intro and the second round is skill test and the third round is main interview and they discuss about your CTC and ask about strengths and weakness in your career path.

It was good...the hr asked me to introduce myself and asked me some general related questions to test my english ...and he asked me why i chose to work in bpo when I had a b.tech degree..and asked me whether I'm ok for the night shifts..and I was selected
