I was informed by a friend who was working at Sutherland that a career fair was being held. I went to the fair with a resume handy. They make you complete their Online Application and then an Online Assessment. It takes about 45 mins. It is quite easy and straightforward. After the completion, a form is filled out. After that a pre screening interview is conducted and then the following person sends you for another interview that is a more technical. After the completion of both rounds, job is offered and training begins the following week.

Telephonic round was long. face to face round was short. A lot of paper works were done after the offer was released. Paid training and orientation was given. training was first class experience.

The process seemed to be tedious but it is far from not crackable. if you have good english you are good to go. Please don't be intimidated by the process.
