Firstly you apply online or whatever the way you apply with, then you'll be asked to do 2 assessment test (12 minutes IQ test + self assessment test) then an HR member will contact and interview you by phone and it's going to take about 5 minutes or something like this and if accepted you'll be told to come to their HQ for a face to face interview -some people had been interviewed two face to face interviews- You don't have to go formal, being smart casual is good enough.

Attended interview online and I finished in 30 mins. Interviewer had professional manner and was very easy to talk to. Practicing Japanese mannerism may help. According to interview, you may have to deal with stress and work in flexible shift.
