Very simple and easy to handle mainly based on communication and need to have fluency in English and there are hiring people who are under graduates and which is a disappointment for many post graduates
It is only two rounds. They just analyzed the capability of candidate's speaking and they did a group discussion. It is so easy for all. for 2nd round we have to go to their office.
Interview was very slow and not structured at all. Interview questions were pretty easy when compared to other companies. It contains several rounds of online interview. One main problem that I faced was they wont respond to our calls/mail.
The first round was Group discussion which took place with 15 members each batch.The topic is also too general.And the next step is an one on one interview which was more like a telephonic interview where they expect the candidate to have the negotiable , well communication trait.

Question 1
interviewer gave a scenario that implies a women facing some kind of technical issue , and she called for help which is connected to you . How would you convince her that the problem will get resolved only on monday ?. This was the question asked for me .
