Email invite to group interview - although in a group, questions were asked individually by a few of the staff and were allowed to mingle with other interviewees while waiting for your turn

group interview: a few rounds of questions including action based ‘what item in this shelf would you sell to a grandma looking for a birthday present for grand daughter’, and personal questions ‘describe a challenge you’ve faced and how you overcame it’
She are very Friendly, easy going, asking a lot of questions, lifestyle, free time, professional, experience, thoughtful, helping you to understand the questions clearly, not try to difficult to understand

Entretien
Very fast, I was taken to the back room which was really just a small hallway full of boxes and was asked pretty standard retail interview questions and was given a rundown of day to day. They seemed pleased that I had cash handling experience and could be left on the store on my own, I'm pretty sure the main reason I wasn't given an offer was due to being busy during the black friday week.
