All 3 rounds of interview was okay. First round was 1:1 with a manager, second with entire team, and third was 1:1 with a management leader. However, I did notice that they were mostly one-way, with a bombardment of questions from the panel and little to no time to ask your own questions. After 3 rounds, I was ghosted (still ghosted from more than a month ago). Even when emailing to ask for updates, there were no replies. This was a big disappointment and does not reflect well on the company's people culture and professionalism.
