You apply online. If approved for round 1 you will get a phone interview. If the phone interview goes well you will get an in-person interview. If the in-person interview goes well and they select you, you will get a job offer. If you accept the job, you'll arrive (along with a group of people) for the first orientation. You'll be seated in a conference room, they welcome you and provide overall information and then they pass around a sheet of paper for you to select a schedule. Hope that the schedule is passed your way first or by the time you get the paper you'll be left picking from the schedules that no one wants. You will receive 6 weeks of training but it doesn't cover everything you'll face and have to struggle with. Your fellow Customer Service Representatives will be your greatest source of help and encouragement.
