A company recruiter contacted me and I had 3 rounds of interviews. I thought the 3rd round was a bit ridiculous (given my experience and education) because nobody during the first 2 rounds had drilled me with analytical questions. Overall the interviewees were great, except for one person who asked some uncomfortable questions (borderline inappropriate I thought).
