Absolute lack of empathy for candidates valuable time. They didn't have the consideration to call or at least email the candidate about the final results after a full fledged interview process. I had to send them several emails and no one responded. A candidate has to be plan, prepare and sometimes has to take a day off to interview with you, please respect their time and close the loop. Synopsys provides poor candidate experience and clearly don't care about you.
