The interview did not take place. I waited for one hour without receiving any information or update from anyone, nor any apology for the delay. Even after speaking with an HR representative, I was not provided with any explanation or communication regarding the situation. I had prepared thoroughly for the interview and submitted all the requested documents in advance, despite not having had the opportunity to complete the interview itself. Being treated this way is disappointing and reflects a lack of preparation and professionalism from both the HR team and the Marketing Manager. This experience felt very disrespectful and demonstrated a lack of empathy from the Marketing team in Panama.
