Two stage interview. Completed the initial phone interview. Was amazed that they called less than 24 hours after submitting application. Awaiting the second interview with a supervisor. My understanding is that once the second interview is completed your as good as hired. This information came from a trusted source.

I received a phone call a few days after applying. They asked me some of the typical questions, including "describe a time you disagreed with a supervisor, and how you dealt with it". Overall the process felt like going through the motions.
