There was a mix of situational and behavioral questions. The interviewers were not very engaging, they didn't even look at you, they would sometimes stare out the window. It felt like they already made up their mind on whether to hire you the moment they saw you.

Entretien
The interview process took entirely too long. There wasn't any follow through once the application was submitted. I had to follow through after about 4 weeks. The director was busy and distracted during the interview.
