Invited along for an interview with zero idea of what role I was interviewing for. We spoke about new flagship product THG Ingenuity (which at that stage had zero online content) and they ran through my CV. With no tailored prep work being able to be done, the interview came across as disjointed, unprofessional and lazy

Initial screening with HR which was about 45 mins but really enjoyable. Next stage - Presentation about me, what i bring and how i would approach the first 3 months in the role, followed by competency based interview with 2 hiring managers. Both managers made it a really enjoyable process - they were open to questions and really honest about the business. Got feedback promptly and although no offer i was comfortable with this as both of us were concerned the business was not what i was looking for - which was really refreshing to hear and made me reflect what a mature and honest business they are.
