Went through the initial application and video you had to make selling an excursion and then got invited to an ‘Experience Day’, which is a group X factor like elimination process.
You start with an intro from the assessors and then do an ice breaker question asking you to explain briefly why you’re Trustworthy, Unique and Inspring (TUI) in front of the group.
After that you do an exercise where you rank importance of situations 1-12. After 10 mins of doing it on your own you have to have a group discussion about it all and agree what ranking order you’d do.
After that you do quick 1 to 1 role play to see how you’d handle a certain situation (they were all from the ranking exercise). Then you go on lunch and they split us up into groups, one of the groups carry on with the day and the other go home. I went home lol so this is all I did.
