Is a very lengthy application process which took around 3 weeks. You first have to answer a scenario questionnaire, if successful you proceed to a video interview. The video interview isn’t talking to another person which makes it difficult to show “personality” as the description suggests. Although I was successful in this part I did not continue to the group meeting.

Really nice and friendly experience! Actually one of the nicest interviewing processes to be honest - definitely felt heard and welcomed. The interviewers were lovely and came across very human and it was a relaxed environment.
