A generic process with a phone call interview first which was informal to know a bit about me. Then a take home task to redesign a part of their website. Then a final interview to go through the task in person.

Entretien
I thought the interview went well and I was interviewed by two people who seemed very nice and genuine and communicated fast during the interview process. However after my final stage I was completely ghosted after asking politely for updates months later. It’s just completely rude. I understand you may have lots of applicants but it takes nothing to tell someone who’s taken their time to do tasks for the interview “sorry but no”. Advice to the hiring team: If someone has used their own time for tasks in your interviews in final stages, it takes nothing to send a blanket email to unsuccessful applicants.
