After sending my CV I have been invited to video interview with Tui Rep Manager, Will from Greece. Interview took place online with 2 more candidates. First part of the interview process was easy, basic introduction, tell a story about the trust, 2 minutes presentation of tour you want to sell, and escape room test. Everything seemed smooth and easy. Afterwards each candidates had private one on one interview with William. Basic interview questions similar to ones conducted by hospitality professionals: education background, experience, why Tui, what makes me special and confident for this position etc.. Now there is a hack with this position. Tui advertised that accommodation and food are provided, which isn't always a case. William explained that only strong candidates are offered accommodation, but mostly only locals are employed that don't necessarily need place to stay. I have been offered a position opposite from the one advertised, hotel with accommodation in village are. Salary was under 400 euros netto per month offered, plus sales commission from excursions. Unfortunately this is underpaid offer for the position and duties required, and I decided to reject the offer.
