i submitted my application online. I came to assessment day with other 30 people. We had some tasks to do in groups to demonstrate our team work abilities. I was having a runny nose so my presentations was not impressive and I did not participate in the second hap of the day. Second half of the day included role play and 1 to 1 interview.

Entretien
Assessment day including introductions, learning about the company, role plays, bring given an excursion card and then given 10 minutes to prepare a sales pitch to do as a role play activity with an assessor being the customer. People who do not pass the first exercises in the morning were sent home at lunch time, after lunch those who pass have one to one interviews.

Individual sales pitch in front of everyone and then group task.
Then after lunch find out whether you made it through to 1 2 1 interview.
After lunch some role play and then interview
