Quite challenging, we were monitored throughout the day and then half got sent home after lunch because they hadn't succeeded. You had to try and sell a trip to customers and then you were also given a list of scenarios that you had to organise from the most important to the least.

Entretien
They took our passport details. Then Presentation was followed by an ice breaker when you had to tell something about yourself to make everyone smile, after a group work assessment and finally - role play. After the first part all the unsuccessful candidates were sent home, in our case 10/16 or so. The second part would be more about the job, assessment and finally 1:1 interview.

You have to go along to an assessment day where you participate in group tasks and maths tests and then if you pass the morning you have a one to one interview in the afternoon
