1st step was sending in a case study without having talked to anyone before. After that communication to schedule an interview with HR was messy and felt impersonal, mostly done through templates, repeating themselves. 2nd step was an interview with HR and a director. Director was rude, fired their questions at me without giving me time to answer properly and kept interrupting me constantly because they were in a rush. There was barely time for questions from my side and they mostly didn't have proper answers for me anyway. Case study was never discussed either. Got ghosted after the interview, which was supposed to be the last step in the process.
