The process is about as much as I expected. This is my first job and I've been working here for almost two years now. The interview process focused more on our skills and if we are ready to take on the tough plate when it comes to fast food. They were super nice though!

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
