Interview was mediocre but the company was not ready to negotiate any other term.
Had to not take the opportunity because of some unnecessary rule

The interview process includes an initial screening through a phone call, followed by a detailed Technical Round, then a Managerial Round assessing fit and communication, and finally an HR Round focused on compensation and salary discussion.

Interview process took a very long time and we had to wait outside the building only. They could've sorted people before but they did all sorting process on spot only.
