Three phone calls asking mainly for current job, salary, benefits, as well as technical questions for Java core, Java Enterprise, Web Development, Database, Javascript. After first HR contact I got 2 technical interviews. Once they decided to hire me they sent me an offer but lower than I wanted. I refused it and few hours later they called me to offer me the salary I requested.
