I was referred by a 3rd party consultancy. After a month later I got a call and an interview was scheduled by TCS HR. After the interview, it's been 2 months but no response or feedback regarding the interview from TCS. Even no replies to the email follow-ups. Hopeless recruitment process.

Entretien
First ask you about your previous jobs, then ask technical questions. If the interviewer is mexican, it will ask you to speak in English to check your level of English. Most of the interviews are by phone.
