The technical round of the TCS interview was good, and I was able to showcase my skills and knowledge effectively. However, the HR round didn’t meet my expectations. While my technical expertise and academic background were recognized, the conversation seemed to focus more on areas that were not as relevant to my profile. I believe there’s room for improvement in how HR assessments are conducted, as they didn’t provide the opportunity to fully demonstrate my strengths. Nonetheless, I’m grateful for the experience and will continue to work on improving my communication skills.
