First was a phone screening interview that had general questions to make sure I was a good candidate. Then I was invited to an in-person interview, where I met with several people from different departments and was asked various questions on different scenarios that may be encountered while on the job. About a week later, I was asked to come in for a 2nd in-person interview to meet a couple more people. After that, I didn't hear from them for around 3 weeks.
