The actual interview has 3-4 rounds. HR First Round - 20 Mins Excel and Aptitude Test (Online) - 1 Hour Operations Round - 15-30 Mins HR Final Round The whole interview process is hectic and time-consuming. People are highly unorganised and unplanned. They call 50-80 people for interview and all they have is 6 computers for the test and each system will be engaged for 1 Hour. If you get the system you are lucky to go home soon, unlike me who went home around 7. If you are done with the interview, ask and get to know your results then and there, if they don't select you they won't let know or inform. I waited for two weeks, just to find out by calling the office several times to get the HR's response, that I was not selected.
