Easy, straightforward, clear. Comms done over email. Offer over the phone after one interview, Interview was with the manager of the department the role was in. People were polite and welcoming

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
