I applied online. After one week I received an email saying I'n not trough the next level. After a month I received a phone call about that position, and they invite me for a face to face interview the same day. They asked me few questions about how I would deal in different positions. Then they asked me to stay for a job trial which last an hour and did nothing to the position I had applied. Then they say that they will call in few days to tell me the good or bad news. That was 4 months ago - no phone call , no message, no email. Not very pleasant experience.
