Applied online and then had a face to face interview with both checkout managers. They were really lovely and friendly and it was quite an informal interview. I was told that night I had the job and my manager phoned me to discuss my hours. I then went to an induction day to learn a bit more about Tesco and then I started the following week.

Group interview after i filled out an application. The interview was a couple of hours with a variety of tasks and introductions to department heads. They asked me when i could work at the end and said ok see you then.

Didn’t have to wait to hear back, was employed on the spot after the interview & set up first shift dates - very efficient.
