Online questionnaire - auto response. Then meeting with the manger. Meeting went really well, the fact (at 19) had a good set of jobs under my belt made the process a lot easier. The interview felt more like a casual conversation towards the end.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
