(Only had the interview today, 19th June so haven't heard back yet) I applied online, and got an email saying I was invited to an interview after a few days. Went today, was a group interview (there was 4 of us) and we were asked multiple "can you tell me a time when.." type questions and asked us to discuss it within the group rather than to them. We then did a task which involved building a tower with some paper and tape, within 20 minutes. They asked us what we thought the purpose of the task was. After this we went back downstairs and were stood with people in the checkouts, offering to help unload trolleys or pack bags for customers. After that we were handed some food samples to walk around and offer customers to see how we interacted with them. Between the two we were took for a small 1-1 interview where they asked us to expand on answers given in the group interview and asked us a few more questions. Also had to give our availability, any pre-booked holidays etc. That was it really, they then offered us the chance to ask questions and then we were free to go and they said we'd find out in a day or two. Everyone was extremely friendly, quite informal and you're not put on the spot with questions.
