Complete online test for Tesco then invited for the interview and they asked me scenario and theory based questions. Then within 3 days they got back to me and I started the job.

A friendly and efficient interview process. A good length of time to talk without an overwhelming amount of questions. Good communication before and after the interview too through the careers centre website.
