The interview was incredibly relaxed and the manager was lovely! Got to talk about where I am in life. He didn't really use the interview questions he just wanted to get to know me.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
