Entretien
Group interview, they had us all introduce ourselves to the group (four people in total were there) then had us build a flag-pole out of paper. While introducing ourselves they kept talking about how one of the other people were very impressive and overall let him dominate everything. They made me wonder why I was there as it was obvious he was getting the job.
Then they had two of us wait while they interviewed the other two separately, then they called through the both of us. Interviews were not private, as they had us both being interviewed separately in the same room. I finished last, so I heard them discussing others applications before I left. I was told because I have another job I'll be unlikely to be considered, and I would be expected to work for them between 11-35 hours, with 24 hours notice of shifts (that was made out as though I can't deny them either). It took 4 months before I heard back to fully know I did not have the job.

Only really asked availability, and if we were moved to another department, where we wouldn't like to work.
The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.

One interview in person, layout was clear and well structured, I was invited to the store for the interview and it was a good experience and they discussed the role in depth
