Interview was in person, will be asked questions about CV and situational questions. Customer focused questions were mainly ansked and answers. It was a casual style interview with friendly manager. Welcomed in for training afterwards.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
