Applied online, got a call to ask if I can come for an interview the next day. I said no. They called me again in a few days, asking the same for the next day. I said yes. Just a couple questions like "tell me about your background and experiences". Recieved the acceptance call in a few hours.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
