I had 2 people interviewing me, and they asked me about 5 questions asking for examples. It started with tell me about yourself, then I was asked about teamwork and using my own initiative etc. Feedback from the interview identified that I needed to expand my answers more. They were nice. I have interviewed for Tescos several times, always unsuccessfully. I hope you have more luck! There is also an online assessment- didn't even get shortlisted from this last time

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
